All-Out Effort. Eat Hard. SK.

Introducing this time are two Japanese restaurants in Taipei.

"Open with all-out effort"

Dining at 長浜No.1 Ramen House

They offer a wide variety of choices.
From the types & texture of noodles to what to add to your ramen,
you can customize your ramen accordingly.

The restaurant has an opened kitchen.
That day I ordered many side dish along with my ramen.
The ramen was extremely tasty, especially their noodles.
However, comparably, the side dishes didn't stand out that much.
So definitely go for the ramen but I would recommend skipping the side dishes.

Later that night, I visited the restaurant in 上引 fish market of Mitsui Taipei.
This fish market isn't your typical traditional fish market.

Besides from many fresh seafood,
the fish market also sells many relating produces.

Most importantly, go for their fresh sashimi and sushi.
Not only are they reasonably priced and tasty, it's a once in a life time dining experience.
You have to stand the entire time while you eat : P

Ordered a bunch of fresh sea food and non of them disappointed me!
So, for those of you who aren't afraid of standing while you eat,
for sure pay 上引 Fish Market a visit.
Everything will be worth it!

Warning, the line may be kind of long.
But don't worry, while you wait, you can always shop through their market or
grab a drink at their bar.
